When I sign up for a Premium Account, why am I taken to PayPal?

When you sign up for a txtSAV Premium Account you make a monthly payment to access the additional features and bundle of messages. This makes it the most convenient and secure way for you to make the monthly payment. If you already have a PayPal account then you can use those details. If you do not have a PayPal account it only takes a few minutes to set one up using your credit or debit card on their secure site and you can maintain your details there. We do not at any time store any of your payment details at txtSAV. You can find out more details about PayPal at www.paypal.com

Can I let other people see the messages I’ve saved and how can I change permissions?

By default all messages you save to txtSAV are Private, so that only you can see them. One of the features of txtSAV is that if you want then you can share your saved messages with your friends. If you create folders for your messages, then you have the option of sharing them with other txtSAV members. You can set who can see the messages you have saved in your folders from your “My Settings” page. There are four levels of privacy you can apply:
1. Private. Only you can see the messages in the folder. By default, all folders are set to Private
2. Public. All txtSAV members can see these messages
3. Friends. Only people you have invited to be a Friend with you on txtSAV can see these messages
4. Family. Only people you have invited to be part of your Family on txtSAV can see these messages

What are “Friend” and “Family” Requests on txtSAV?

txtSAV allows you to share messages with other txtSAV users to whom you have given permission. You can invite someone to be either your Friend or part of your Family. When they accept your Friend or Family request, they can then see messages which you have tagged in folders which you have allowed Friends or Family to see.

You can find and invite people to be Friends or part of your Family via the Find Friends tab once you are logged in. You can also remove people from your Friends or Family if you decide you no longer want to share messages with them.

It’s entirely up to you to decide if you want to invite people to become Friends or Family, and which group to invite them to. Having two types of connections lets you control which messages you want to share with which group of people.
